As a Business Development Executive at Dare2Learn Academy, you will be instrumental in broadening our outreach and cultivating strategic partnerships with colleges and universities. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough market research to identify prospective institutions, as well as delivering persuasive presentations to department heads, deans, directors, principals and administrators. Your primary objective will be to articulate the benefits of our courses and services clearly to students, thereby fostering business growth and enhancing educational opportunities for them.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research

Conduct market research to identify potential colleges and universities for collaboration.

Relationship Building

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including HODs, Deans, Directors, Principals and Administrators.

Presentations and Demos

Deliver engaging presentations and demos to clearly articulate the value proposition of Dare2Learn Academy courses and services to institutional stakeholders including students.

Feedback Analysis

Collect and analyze feedback from students and faculty and prepare reports to identify opportunities for enhancing our services and courses.

Outreach Documentation

Maintain records of outreach efforts, including the names of institutions contacted and the progress of partnerships, to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing or Business-related field would be added advantage but not mandatory)

Good communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for education and business development.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
