Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our program or package by Dare2Learn. Please be aware that once a payment for a program or package has been processed and debited from the customer’s account, it is non-refundable. This policy applies to all payments made for the use of our programs or packages.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with our programs or packages, please reach out, and we’ll strive to meet your expectations. Having said that, refunds are completely at the discretion of Dare2Learn.
Once you purchased our programs or packages by creating an account, you cannot transfer your account to anyone or let another candidate attend the program instead of you.
The completion certificate will only be issued once and in the name of the candidate attending the complete program after passing the required examination or completing the given assignment or fulfilling all the course specific requirements (whichever is applicable).
The certificate will be issued with the name as it appears in your account, and it can’t be modified later. However, you can change your name in your account before you complete the course if required.
If you face any technical issues, contact us through one of the ways that were mentioned in “Contact Us” page on our website. Our support team will help you with the technical issue. The time of response shall be a minimum of 15 working days. In case we are unable to help with your technical issue related to the program or package, a full refund will be initiated. This is applicable only to technical issues. If the issue resides with customer hardware or software the refund won’t be initiated.
