Key Responsibilities

Research Training Courses

Assist in conducting thorough research on existing training programs and courses.
Analyze trends in education and industry demands to identify gaps in current offerings.

Course Suggestion

Collaborate with industry experts to propose new and relevant courses based on research findings.
Evaluate potential courses for alignment with Dare2Learn’s mission and target audience.

Sourcing Relevant Material

Identify and curate relevant learning materials, resources, and references that enhance course content.
Work with experts to gather case studies, articles, and multimedia resources for course development.

Assisting in Training Module Creation

Support industry experts in designing effective training modules that are engaging and educational.
Aid in the creation of course videos for each module and assist in preparing final assessments.

Revisions based on Feedback

Help revise and enhance course content based on feedback and research findings.

Administrative Support

Maintain organized records of research findings and course materials.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the course development process.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently obtained a bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Strong research skills with the ability to analyze and synthesize information effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

A passion for education and a commitment to fostering learning and growth in others.

Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital content creation tools is advantageous.

Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
